My brother isn't planning on doing a pig roast this year It's too much work, so instead he's making me cook like 40lbs of pulled pork.

I use shoulder. I need to re-think my smoker setup though because if I usually do two shoulders, and keep them on the opposite end of the grill from the smoker box so there don't get any direct heat out of the box. With four, I have a feeling the two closest to the smoker box are going to cook too fast.
