    Its not a on the field switch but looks to me you take the front block off and rotate the breach block then put the front block back on... I have nothing to do with the project so I can's say for sure just the way it looks.

      there is a bolt holding on the front block. You unbolt that, remove the frontblock, adjust the feed block, then re-assemble.
