Miltec MT-G3 Prototype

I just picked this up from a friend and was wondering if anyone knew anything about this marker. As the pictures show, it looks like this was a prototype for Miltec. I'm looking for any info + a manual if one even exists.

It looks from the engraving, that Rex Ho was the designer.
