Casein is the protein in dairy that relieves the burning. I think soft cheese would probably work best at relieving the burning, but whole milk or buttermilk would probably work too.

I'm betting someone vomits, not everyone signing up knows what they are in for. I've tried some retardedly hot sauces and it's not pleasant by any means. There's a reason pepper spray is so effective

I have met and talked to them before....that 16 million stuff is pure capsicum....it cant get any hotter....but its not a sauce.

last year i had two sauces....one was around 600,000 and the other around 800,000

this year "Full Retard" is gonna be over 2 million ....thats roughly five times hotter then eating habanero's straight

I read an article talking about Blair's 16 Million. The author mentioned that Blair wanted to test the stuff and put a single granule on his tongue. He said it was a week before he could talk.

I've had 500,000 hot sauce and that some pretty good heat. I feel sorry for any one who steps up for this challenge.
