Griffen Hall (BluVision) and Mr Dremel

Moderators: if this was incorrectly classified under Main forum, kindly move to a more appropriate area. Thanks,

This was a letter that I wrote to a customer of a used RT after he threatened to slander my name on AO. His pm appears below the letter. What do you all think?

    Dearest Bluvision and Mr Dremel:

I would like you to try to slander my name all over the boards from this transaction. I want you to try to say everything that happened. I'm glad majority of people that have posted here already know your story. So go right ahead. First of all, you did not send me the receipt. Secondly I've already fixed that gun for you free of charge and replaced all the worn parts and overhauled the whole valve. That is why if you didn't touch the damn thing or try to field strip it nothing would go wrong with it. That is why our discussions are over. There is nothing more that can be done with it. As far as you quoting 45 bucks for repairs and all that crap. Speak with Jon AGD to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's impossible for you to have been able to talk to ANY tech at AGD between the time of your first email to me and this pm. Keep heading in the direction you're heading and you may be surprised why I know.

You're playing a childish game. The gun was shipped to you in perfect condition from Tunaman to me.(without being touched AT ALL) You CONFIRMED it was in Great condition and shot well when it arrived. Then all of a sudden you're claiming all these problems and tried repeatedly to have it fixed by someone else, even tho I told you to send it back to me or MaqDoc for repairs. You repeatedly say that the guy you sent it to was an expert that has over 5 years of experience fixing RT's then why couldn't he fix it? Your problem is that you have been told repeatedly not to mess with the gun, primarily since you don't know how to strip it down properly. It's not rocket science but since you keep experiencing the same damn leak, it is all too common a problem from incorrect assembly/disassembly of the RT. Do not begin to threaten me by saying you will slander my name or post here to gain my attention. You speak of a transaction that went down well over 5 months ago. You are lucky that I respond to you at all. You purchased a used gun in perfect working order. Although that was the case, and you invalidated whatever warranty I offered you by having joe schmoe Dremel try to fix it repeatedly with no luck, I had it COMPLETELY REBUILT for you with new orings and internals some of which can be validated by accessing your serial number from AGD.

If you even think you can blackmail me into fixing your gun AGAIN after you AGAIN tried to have Mr Dremel fix it for you unsuccessfully, I'm sorry... it's not going to happen. End of story. Oh by the way, you state just two days ago that you just gassed it up and found the leak... Sorry little snot nosed kid, you received the gun a good two to three weeks ago FED EXED over night to meet your deadline for your supposed tournament and we heard nothing from you till now. Tell Mr. Dremel to keep his hands and Paintball working skills to working on the Talons which I'm sure he does so well.

I posted on the board cuase you have not answered my e-mails so why would you answer my pm. I judt got off the phone with AGD and they siad it will cost $45 cuase the warrenty is no longer in affect plus my shipping to them. I still need the $15 for the shipping to mag doc and also it is leaking from out of the back again and I have turned it all the way down so I still think it is the frame. If you do not want me putting stuff about the faulty gun you sent me on the message board you might want to answer my e-mails and get the gun fixed quick.

    Interesting....

...but aside from all that, I am not quite comfortable with people using their Signatures to blatently advertise their businesses. I have seen some put their site urls, but NEVER saw such a bold "billboard" for their business.

I am sure AO would not like people to take this and run with it like they have with other things.

      Don,

While your good name is well know as a excellent dealer on these boards, if anyone is ever in need of another opinion, they can gladly email me. In my dealings with you, I've never experienced anything but the utmost concern and professionalism about any problem or question I've had. Its unfortunate that individuals such as this will try to use a public forum to ruin the well know good name of a dealer/person such as yourself for their own benefit. Personally, I'd tell the guy to take a flyin leap.. actually.. I'd have a few more well placed comments not suitable for this board. If anyone is considering dealing w/ Don and reads any comment by this individual PLEASE ask anyone on this board for their opinion and I'm sure you'll get an honest and open answer validating donggie. Next time.. just mail him back a box full of dog doo..
And if this individual is reading this post, and you beg to differ w/ my opinion.. you too can email me for I won't be quite so nice in private. Good luck Don.. let me know if there's anything I can do.

            Update

            Re: The RT FROM BluVision
First of all I did not get the gun untill last tuesday because the fedex guy would not leave it. Second of all it is the same problem that I told you it was eariler that it is the trigger frame and also Don you do not want to take this were it is gonna go because belive me I still have every e-mail I have sent you documenting that 2 days after the reciept of the gun that I siad it is leaking. You have pissed me off now espically when a " grown man " calls a 15 year old names. And go to AGD web site it says plain as day that for the RT that it free service stoped on Dec. 31, 2000, and any gun sent in would be a $45 doller charge. Do not think that people are gonna belive a guy who has once already been kicked off AO over a teenager who got ripped off in a trade. Sence you "own a store" why don't you just send me a 2 finger trigger frame for it and it will all be over and people will still by stuff off of you. And also you never told me to sent it to you you just said to send it to magdoc and look what he did not a damn thing cause right after i got it back from him it started leaking again. Also why havent you answered my e-mails sence you such a business man and you stand behind all of your transactions ( you even said that in a e-mail i still have). So Don the ball is in your court, if you want to make it in to something I will be glad to play but If you want to stand behind your tansactions like you say you do and get it fixed to were It works for more than 100 shots I will go along with that. I am just telling you I can do alot more than you think

            From Don:
Type till your fingers bleed. For me this is over. No matter how loudly you scream at your neighbor's barking dog, by doing so you only bother others and yourself... the dog still barks. More power to you... woof.
