What's been going on in snoopay's workshop?

Well i was inspired by Pillage's tommymag, and i am intending to enter this into the mag of the month competition, but the one difference between my mag and Pillage's is that i wanted mine to be as close to the real measurements as possible because i'm a perfectionist, sort of. Anyway i have to give a big thanks to him for the square pvc pipe he sold me and a big thanks to Ty Mcneer for supplying me with measurements to make the gun as accurate as i could.

Now for the specs. It's 2 inches shorter than an actual thompson solely because i only have a 12 inch barrel. I wish that i had more time to extend the body to cover the piece of metal for the foregrip, but i made this for dday (which i'm leaving for in 5 hours) so i had time constraints. The stock was bought and attached with one bolt through one mounting hole and another drilled for a wood screw, although that came loose sometime tonight so that will be turning into another bolt i think, seeing as it's loose because i had just too large of a bit for the pilot hole. The magazine is a 1 x 2 painted black, and the foregrip is a 2 x 2 that i cut with a router and stained. I don't have an official weight yet but it's pretty light, and overall i'm really pleased with how it came out despite the gratuitous amounts of eyeballology. Anyway enough talk, time for the pictures:

Thanks :) We're heading out now so i figured i'd see if there was a positive response, so far so good, and thanks again, hearing positive feedback makes this a worthwhile build.
