    Loss of Team Member - Michael "Pysho Mike" Smith

    Sad news....

    OMEGA SECTOR lost one of its Team members - Michael "Psycho Mike" Smith in a motorcycle crash on Sunday, June 6, 2010.

    Please pray for Karen's 11 year old son, who is injured badly but recovering in the hospital. From what I believe, Mike tried to shield young Nathan from the impact, saving his life.

    It was a severe shock to find out about this Monday afternoon and very painful to relay this horrible news to my team members minutes after I found out.

    Mike was good teammate, a great friend and like a big brother to me.

    He will be sorely missed.

          This saddens me, besides the fact that I have met and hanged with him in the PITS at Vegas last year, Mike was a fellow rider. This always makes me extra sad to hear that a fellow biker has fallen.

          Glad to here that Nathan is recovering.

          They all will be in my thoughts.
          ......You know you want one!!

              Guys, thanks for posting and for all your thoughts and prayers.

              The suspect responsible for the hit and run has been caught and Nathan will be released from the hospital soon (severe road rash, sprained ankle, no broken bones - thanks to Mike protecting him)

              11:00 am on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at

              Stone Funeral Home

              Upland, CA
