ive been around awhile, and i have ordered some items with the logo on a few shirts and what not thru guys on here. I've also noticed other guys using the logo for various items like hats, mousepads, etc. to any who have designed and sold something with the logo, did u receive permission from AGD to use the image or did u just use it. i only ask because i kinda wanna get a custom hat made with the logo on it and i dont wanna run into some hassle with using their logo without permission (altho im sure AGD isnt like some other companies when it comes to using their ideas). just lookin so see what i have to do inorder to get the hat made. thanx guys!

If you're planning to make and sell them, usually you can mention what you want to do, and if Tom Kaye approves, he'll throw a post in your thread saying its cool.

i intend to just make one of them for myself, however i did have intentions of down the road making them and offering them up to the AO community. not for a very long time tho, got way too much goin on over the next year.Comment

My understanding of copyright law is that you can use a logo for a 1 off without permission. But Tom is usually pretty good about giving permission for stuff like this. Over all it's better to ask permission than to beg forgiveness.Comment

I remember Tom giving permission to use the logo in some thread where someone wanted to make a jersey. I figured I didn't even need to ask. It's a sick logo and we're helping them advertise their awesome products by using it!Comment
