Hopper Ball - Which Holds The Most paint ?

Well I'm going to a hopper ball game saturday.
You can only take your hopper full on the field, no pods.
I've got hoppers all over the place here so I figured I'd find out which holds the most paint.
Normally that wouldnt matter but with this game setup it does.
So testing battery operated hoppers I was surprised by the results.
This is hand held (not on a marker) roughly give or take, using a 100 round pod.

    1) VL Force Viewloader 1.5 pods
(is this one supposed to spin all the time ? man is that annoying !)

    2) TSA Halo 1.5 pods

    3) Reloader B (and Halo B) 1.5 pods

    4) Empire Reloader 2.0 pods

So the old Reloader is the one I will be using saturday.
That 50 extra may help who knows ?

If you use a speed feed you can squeeze another few balls in there

Even without the nose-cone the Pinokio holds quite a bit.

Not sure he was looking for advice, as much as stating some facts- It is kind of interesting to see how many balls exactally a hopper will hold when compared to other similar hoppers.

                  Apache Is # 2

Found an Apache I forgot I had.
Surprisingly its the # 2 hopper (in my shed) with almost 2 pods.
I was able to put 15 more balls in the pod.
                  So it holds 185.

Do you have small pods or something? The ones most people carry around these days are about 125-140 depending on paint. So two pods would be something like 250-275

I use a revy most of the time for woodsball and it holds just about 200 balls which is about a pod and a third for me.

I've squeezed exactly 200 rounds in my Dye Rotor, packed tight then turned on. 190 loosely on average on the fly during play.

The Rotor can also take a larger top shell to increase capacity to 240.

VL has a 300 round Revy scenario camo loader.

Not battery operated, but some companies make 300 round loaders for the Tippmann A5 and X7 series.

there more than just the force loader, theres an eye force out there as well that acts more like a traditional hopper

for fun im going to load my VL3k up, take some pics, and take an actual count.

                            317 apparently

i filled it with a caddy, and shook it to settle the paint as i filled, i did not pack them in, but there is not enough room for one more ball

                              Holy tabernacle !
Thats almost as funny as the picture I saw where someone had made a hopper out of a Paintball Caddy.
                              They hold 1100.
