I've looked around but haven't found what I'm looking for but...

When fully charged, approximately how many shots or what time frame will an EMag battery last for?

I'm not sure about a stock AGD battery, but I think I remember KC mentioning how many shots his 1000mAh batteries could handle.
I'd have to look it up but I want to say it was something like 20,000 (10 cases). Don't quote me on that though

Stock batteries new would get around 20,000 shots off of them, with a KC's battery you should get somewhere close to 30,000. At least that is what I remember reading. I know I haven't had to charge the new KC's battery that I bought in the spring since I charged it the first time, and that is with running my warp and a revy off of it. I haven't really played much but it's still holding enough charge to run everything like it should.

Yes, 20000 shots off a stock battery when new. 50% more on the 1000mah batteries.
