Dipped Gear - Hoiw is it holding up?

I was just curious, there have been a couple of companies that have come on the scene that are dipping markers instead of annoing them - has anyone had this work done? How well is it holding up on your gear?

I've seen a fair amount of places that do "water transfer" graphics that looked pretty awesome...

I've seen Real Tree patterns with thte detail you'd see in quality hunting gear. I've seen carbon fiber, diamond plate, random patterns...

It looks pretty cool, is supposed to be durable, and is maybe cheaper than anno. I've looked at a couple places, but of course I think of them now.

If they mask off areas well, I'd send in my B-5 shells for carbon fiber or something.

http://freedomgraphix.com/ (has some cool looks in it)
http://www.hydro-dip.com/ (look at their firearms section)

    Just some examples....
