AGD is owned by brass eagle???

OK, so I am a 'new' automag fanatic.. As I just got back into paintball after a 5 year stint and grabbed an automag and was hooked..

Anyway.. is AGD really owned by Brass Eagle? as this guy states in his emag add:

The seller is confused... The early Angel LEDs were marketed as the Brass Eagle Angel in the US. He got his stories crossed.

Sorta. Brass eagle owns smart parts, and smart parts owns AGD.

I always thought AGD was independent since it was founded.
