New to mags.....

so i did another mag build.....



came as a beat up black frame, silver trigger, body had scratches, not vert asa....

learned how to powdercoat... i like mags now

my jaw just dropped on that. that is nice looking. how are the tolernaces on it? still within spec? if yes, i might be sending something your way to be worked on.

yup

i didnt powdercoat the top of the rail, the inside of the body, or in the trigger hinge pin hole

it shoots nice, there was some minor overspray(barrel end of body), and 2 little spots where its thin (on feedneck)

where was i supposed to watch out for tolerances?

Ya if you are careful you can powdercote a mag. I have a storm trooper pnu mag that was powder coated by, I think mag79. It shoots great but it is a wall hanger.
