    Briefcase gun - assassinate generals

I built this to assassinate generals in scenario games. Works so well I can't use it in my area any more

On to the pics of the Briefcase Assassin....

An unassuming briefcase. I have labeled "Prop" and random things like "RB 1347." The idea is that people don't think "Why is there masking tape on that briefcase?" Instead, they are distracted by it's true purpose....:gunsfiring:

    A back view

But oh! What's this? Look closer at the thumb.

With your right hand on the case, it is impossible to see the switch, not that anyone would be looking.

The microswitch is so delicate, you barely need to move your thumb. The masking tape flies off (literally), and the general and those around him are hit, unable to even react.

    Inside the case -

I chose an Ion, for two reasons. One - cheap and reliable. Two - runs on co2. I wired up the microswitch on the case to the microswitch of the ion. It can disconnect just outside of the grip, so that the ion can be reverted back to a normal marker, allowing you to chrono it discretely. The remote acts as an expansion chamber, and allows the asa to be detached. Braced internally, but nothing permanently, allows easy setup, and you can run with it no problem. The only problem is the hopper feeding. If you have a better solution, let me know, as I can only get about five or six shots before I have to shake the case, then I get another five.

I am selling this over on MCB, let me know if you can't find the link if interested.

Is the case wide enough for a q-loader?

    Neat setup!

Very cool idea for scenario. As far as the hopper problem i would run a cheap magnadrive or something else force fed so it will fire in any position.
      Thanks,
      Jeremy

I don't think it is the position, I think it is just the hopper and feed neck are not the best. I have never held a q loader in person, but I think it may be too large.

Do you have access to Dye lock lids? I believe they're close to the same size. Drop one of those in there and see if you can shut the lid. If so, a Q-loader should work.

This is a really cool idea! Unfortunately, I can see most fields disallowing it because there is no way to use a barrel blocking device...unless you are willing to interrupt the discreet appearance.

I thought that might be a problem also, but I would always talk with the event organizers about it, and then in the field, open it away from every one else, and then add the air, connect the wires and turn on the marker, so that there is no way of accidents.

A custom, LARGE, barrel bag could work.

A briefcase case, if you will.

                      I've got the solution!!! MAGNETS!

You get a barrel condom, and then you get some more of the cord from a fabric or hardware store.. not sure which would have it but one or the other would.. You melt that with the string that comes with the condom so that is can fit around the case. then you stick a metal washer with magnets glued on it in the barrel sock, then have magnets glued to the inside of the case. Presto chango you have a barrel condom..... and you get to use magnets and super glue...\

                      I really love magnets

Just use a luggage strap. It won't slip if is on there tight.

With all the different feednecks available for the Ion, couldnt you have one of the many machinists here or on MCB make you a spring loaded stick feeder to run the length of the barrel ? I mean your shots would be limited to 15 - 20 but more then enough to take out the Gen and a few of his aids
