And here I thought that spraying parts with Easy Off, and polishing with a dremel was proper annodizing stripping technique

I'm normally not a grammar nazi, but in this case it does bear clarifying that you mean 'stripping' and not 'striping'.

Just so someone doesn't try to zebra their marker and e-rage all over you.

i was thinking it is like how Ukrainian Easter Eggs are made, you mask off the colours / parts you want to keep and dip / anno again in the next color and so on
