AGD to release new paintball gun: The ESFL Automag

This is a PR Newswire Press Release check for more updates
    as they become available

    April 1st, Cary Illinois, 2011

After a near decade of ceasing production on it's SFL Automag, Illinois based paintball company Airgun Designs announced today that it would be producing and distributing a brand-new paintball gun by the years end: The ESFL Automag. In an e-mail, Tom Kaye, former president of the company said he was surprised, "I would never have thought Roman (the current president of AGD) would be so gutsy as to produce a brand-new version of one of the most highly sought after paintball guns on the second-hand market, this is great news especially since Smart Parts (the Gardner owned company) is not what it used to be."

When asked about what the ESFL Mag would look and function like, an undisclosed source from within AGD said, "it's a magazine fed E-Mag, it'll be able to shoot 30 rds. of the standard first-strike rounds and will be lighter since it'll be milled from one of our new hybrid Ti alloy billets." When we asked about how much the ESFL Automag (Extra Super ****ing Light) would retail for, our undisclosed source said, "for about as much as you'd pay for an AR-15."

Efforts were made to contact Adam Gardner both at his residence and his offices, but a next door neighbor (who described himself as a die-hard fan of AGD products) said that upon news of the release, Adam went to the local ATF field office to try to get the Federal Agency to classify the new paintball gun as a firearm, but was turned down after special agent Bozo said, "paintball guns are not firearms Mr. Gardner, please stop being a sore looser."

Strange enough, the very day AGD made this announcement, an employee at Shocktech (a company contracted by AGD to produce the first SFL Automags) discovered an old stock pile of nearly 200,000 sealed SFL Automags, which he then purchased for one dollar. Fans who pre-ordered the original SFL Automag are angry. One Automag fanbase website poster said, "we will picket your house and follow you everywhere until you give us our guns back!" This has prompted the employee, who wishes to remain annonymous, to hire a private security force from Mcarter Security Solutions. The group is indistinguishble from other security firms in the fact that they wear hawaiian shirts and hats as they patrol their clients property.
