how do i post pictures?

You need to use a 3rd party site like www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.com.

Sign up for free. The follow the directions to upload a picture from you computer.

Once the picture you want has been uploaded you look for the [IMG] tag. Copy the full [IMG] tag for your photo and then come here and paste it into your post.

Or you can take the http address and copy it ---For example http://www.microskiff.com/yabbfiles/...sWorthless.jpg

Then when you go to make a post you will click on this box . Click on that box and then paste the http code into that box.
