How much would you pay for a in grip 12gram changer?

So for all those mag pistol lovers out there or stock class too I suppose. I think I have finally found an easier way to mount a 12gram in a mag grip, no details yet but I was wondering how much would you pay to have such an upgrade done? Wondering if there would be mass appeal or just me.... and yes I know this thread is worthless without pics so lets all say a prayer to the paintball gods that I get a USDA loan and not an FHA so that I can afford this now and not in 3 months

I guess for a Mag, I could see approaching $100. Would depend on function first, and then to a lesser degree looks. it would be a real novelty, so your market audience would be rather small.

nice choice! how many shots are you getting...that will be a major factor in gaining interest, and will the 12gr fit completely inside the frame? im still looking for a horizontal AsA to run the 12gr under the barrel, but this sounds pretty kool tho! any idea when you mite have some pics?

Mags get around 8-12 good shots out of a single 12 gram without modding.

I've put a 12gram changer inside a cf frame. It sticks out the bottom by a few inches.

HA! I just found out we got USDA approval so I can splurge! so as it is worked out now the only thing that should be sticking out of the bottom is what ever you use to tighten and losen the 12gram. I hope to have pictures up in a week or two.... depends on how long it takes for me to get parts in and for him to get work out.

I would really like one of these! $100 sounds about right however if was made into the frame with a quick release lever changer, I would spend $150+. I have been thinking about this for a while and would love to see a custom 12g in grip single frame, looking foward to the pics!

looks like unless we come up with a better/smaller option for running the air it will have to stick out a bit from the bottom.... but part of that is because it is going on the micromag body and I won't do any changes to that. Maybe I will also mock up a prototype using a minimag body my brother has laying around and a classic valve I have, I think that if I had a a body where I could drill and tap it through the rail I could make it work but I need time to work on that.

Between 1,000 -10,000 psi for 1/4 line depending on what your getting. The manufacture / shop selling you the stuff will be able to tell you. 99% of the time it will be stamped on the tubing.

It's ideal to get the 1/4 inch stuff. It's more of a standard line

We are still going back in forth on the design now, I think my original idea will have to be shelfed until I get a regular mag body that I don't mind milling a bit. I wanted to see what the smallest aluminum hardline I could get that would hold pressure to cut down on the size of the hole I would have to cut in the frame and the smaller it is the tighter it can be to the body

You might want to go with SS line then. Tube bending will weaken the walls since your streaching the metal at the bends. We have some 3/16 SS line at work but the fittings are quite large if I remember correctly
