    Hybrid push button on/off

Does anyone have any experiance with these? I have one that i purchased and it seems to be leaking out the center of the push button. It is a two piece brass button that slides into the oring on the inside of the ASA. O rings look good, but leaks no matter what I do.

the Hybrid push-button on/offs were notorious for leaking, originally they sold packaged with extra o-rings and a tool to use.

personally i stay away from any of the Hybrid on/off ASA's, in addition to the push-button they have a quarter turn on/off as well.

I'm definately seeing this as a problem, replaced the orings and it still leaks. Someone on MCB suggested going to a slightly bigger metric o ring.......
