Guys - after repeated failed attempts to get these clowns at Laurel pond on the phone by numerous people, I am going to drive down there tomorrow to see wtf is going on.
If they are closed or if there is no one availible to speak to, the whole idea is dead. If I can set us up, be prepared to make reservations.

I spoke to Jim at Topgun who is supposed to be taking care of this for us. They use that place all the time, and yes there were people in the cabins.
