AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Question is how much does the ball counter cost. This thing is basically a Halo with some warpfeed tubing and a big fancy-ish plastic box on top... I wouldn't really even want to pay much more than $200 for the thing WITH the LCD screen.
I tried doing a pack like that. Used a magna board (RF capabilities), a Hybrid shell which the top can come off. Placed it in a camelbak and basically used warp hose to feed the marker. The halo couldn't push the balls when they were stacked 20+ high. Never tried it with anything else but it was a trial run. I might go back to it later and install a stronger motor.

I would so rock a pump with that thing
yup, these kind of systems are always going to be really hard on paint becuase of it.

I carry an 8+2 when I do scenario play, 8 * 140 = 1120 + another 140 or so in the hopper..so this only saves me from having to reload, the problem is, my air tank couldn't power the mag through that much paint anyway...
I'd get one for scenario game or to mod into a tank somehow, that would be pretty cool for a turret mounted marker..

I've messed around with a couple of theirs here and there. The best Idea I had that I never bothered to mock out was using a q-pod drilling a hole in one end and just slapping a motor on the other so that it was constantly winding the spring so you'd have warp feeding a Q that was constantly being held at the same level of prewinds... but like most backpacks even if I got it working it would be more of a blender then anything else

Murphy's law of paintball: If it jams force it. If it breaks it needed replacing anyways
