Ok, so no rap4 users. What tac vests are y'all using? -
I actually used one of their vests for a time. Only issue I had was the sizing. IIRC, there was a small and large. I'm 6'1'/250 so I assumed I would need the large and holy crap that thing was huge. I had to do a fair amount of modding to make it work. It's an ok vest, it just didnt end up being my thing. I went back to a horizontal stacked 32degrees pack.Comment

I use an older Rap4 vest for scenarios
the construction quality is pretty good, its taken my abuse for about 5 years now
but the sizing on all their vests is large
Im 6' tall 150 lbs, I had to add a waist band to keep the pods on the front from swinging all over the place while I runComment

Thanks guys. I think I'm going to go this route. Not having to trek back to the car for ammo, water, tools, etc is going to be nice. I also know they newer vest has added the front buckles and side straps. hopefully that helps snug it up.Comment

I've got one of the old Strikeforce vests in woodland... have not yet had a chance to use it in a game, but just trying it on and loading it up, it feels far more comfortable than the pieced together vests I've used for years.
I agree with OPBN, the regular size should fit just about anyone unless they are abnormally huge. I'm 5'9 and 150 and have it completely cinched up to its smallest size just so it will fit me.Comment
