      what about a sabre style design with out the center ridge for your finger separation what ever you end up with i will take one

            I'm not sure how much room can be shaved off the center where the magnet and set screw sit, but the design sounds easy enough.

                            I like the second one as well. Are you planning on with or without roller bearings? I would prefer with.
