I'd be lying if I said there wasn't some inspiration on the foregrip from seeing your Tommy-Tac sometime last year. I ended up going over a ton of google images of tommy guns to decide on the right look and curve to work. The first version I made was good, but didn't curve forward and would not fit a classic rail. It still lives on, though, as a foregrip on my father-in-law's Emag-length-rail-version of his Minimag.
