Can someone ID this rail and Vert ASA?

Alright, so I've rummaged through as many pics that are still working and threads about rails, but still can't find this info. I yield to the powers at be in this forum. A quick appraisal/info of the whole setup would also be appreciated. CP .689 and 4Star valve. Thanks in advance.

I thought that was a Kapp Groovy frame? If so, it's worth more than $35.

It has a benchmark style safety and overall design, not sure what a kapp looked like tho

Yes it's a chrome KAPP Groovy Frame... going price hangs between 50-70 most of the time that I've seen/bought them.

^^^ I thought so. I was looking for one of these for several months last year and couldnt find any that werent scratched or flaking all to heck and they were asking $50+ for those. Don't let someone sucker you into selling it cheap.

NATM. Settled on a fairly pristine Benchmark frame with wings. Cheaper and easier to find.
