AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
so i just got in a q loader and was wondering if anyone makes a mount something like the warp mount to have it under the gun centered, not parralel to the barrel...i know someone had a post similar but i cant seem to find it, thanks AOers
Yeah, get the CMS and your options open up quite a bit. I actually don't use the stock bracket anymore, I had my cousin fabricate an L-bracket with a 90* upward bend in it, so that the socket sits pretty much right where a warpfeed would sit, and the Q-pods come back right next to my air tank. Going with a custom bracket all you need to know is 1) where you want to mount it from (get dimensions for one end of the bracket to fit this), and 2) where you want the socket to sit from that point.

awsome! thats exactly the explanation i needed, now i got some more parts to add to my 'buy list'
Here's a better pic of the custom bracket, and the prototype. I had to extend the bracket out a bit more than the original version so that I had clearance over my air tank.
That would be pretty easy to whip up with some flat bar stock, jb weld and a drill. The slots would be tough to do by hand, but probably wouldnt be that much to have a machinst like Lukes to make for you.
