AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
I would guess the trouble is with the location of the ram. As high as it is hitting the sear arm it is probably making it inconsistant. Thus the need for the spring on the sear arm and it may cause reset issues down the road. If not that is a good idea for pneumags of all sorts.
the problem i was getting hill was it was skipping a shot or 2 on high rof but imnot sure if that was my bottle again not recharging the valve quick enough?? ive put the return spring in just in case but will try on another bottle on sunday :)
on another thought it could be my dwell setting may be a bit high, ill haveto check what the virtue board is set at
Set the dwell at 15-18ms. I can run mine as low as 11 ms but that will cause excessive sear where. You want the on off engaged keeping the sear down and out of the way of the bolt untill the bolt has finished its backwards travel to prevent it from riding on the sear.
all sorted now :) 3 shims in the Ult dwell at 9ms, just run out of air so no Vid untll later, but man i wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of this badboy :)
