ive got a halo, but i think i need to upgrade it, seems way slower than my vlocity jr and i dont really dig the 6 AA batteries it uses to operate, can it be converted to 2 9volts?, ive never really have had a problem with batterylife on my vlocity jr's either. also, what kind of batteries and how many do rotors use? i seen some on ansgear for 150-160 new, i may just have to go with this regardlessComment

I have been using a V'Locity loader for years, with no problems. I also use Evil and Hellfire paint with no problems. I do have the tension moved up to, two for the brittle paint, and that seems to let the loader run a little faster.
And don't worry so much about one break, it could simply be an out of round paintball or defective seam. If you are having a consistent problem, then look for solutions. An occasional break is not an indication of a problem.
Hope this helps.Comment

Rotor uses 3 AA batteries and for me they do a full season! So more than 60 000 balls! 150$ is really cheap! They really are the best!Comment

Ricochet Apache FTW!!! I had one of the first R2K's back when they were like the only other option for hopper. I buy boxes of ricco parts when I find them so I have made 6 hoppers and then some for less then $30. The Apache feeds well enough for me and it light, I got a couple of neoprene covers for them and it cuts down on the shells shattering....yes I am really cheap.Girls are no substatute of paintball
Murphy's law of paintball: If it jams force it. If it breaks it needed replacing anywaysComment

i really like to stick with my revvy, dont really need to shoot faster than it feeds but i also have a reloader b that i use if im playing speedball and feel the need to shoot that fast.Comment

Rotors are worth every penny. Spend the money. Best hopper ever by leaps and bounds. I don't care about shooting fast at all and I use this hopper on my pump because I know it will always work.Comment

rotor here too
just dont use cheap batteries you'll have ball jamsComment
