Can anyone tell me what diameter and Ego feedneck is?

Are you looking for the 05/06 clamp-on diameter?

On Luke's 7/8" feedneck, I use .022 brass for a shim. That should be about 0.919" (maybe metric?). I have one in my working pile atm, I'll try to get the actual this evening.

If its for a Lukes mod, check out Lapco. They make a 7/8? feedneck that will work perfectly.
