Pump milling a rail at home

Just wondering if anyone has ever milled a pump rail at home without a milling machine. Can it be done with a dremel or other tools. I do have a drill press and horizontal boring tool. Any ideas or thoughts?

That helps. Has anyone done this at home themselves using tools other than a mill?

I can set the table on the drill press at 30 I guess I would need a milling bit or something

Ive done it with a dremel, but it's not pretty Dont have my vice or anything where I am now, so was quite a bit harder than I imagined.

I had another pump milled rail to use for reference, but primarily just used the pump rod to make sure it was right
