I assum you are looking for ULE detents? Not aware of any custom or wierd ones. CP ones look kind of custom since they are pointy. -

They're Angel trheaded so you may try googling Angel threaded detents and see what comes up. I know CP and Kila make Angel threaded detents. Not sure exactly what you mean by "wierd". I'm not sure a detent will really turn heads. But, still. If I were looking to spend money on something like that, I'd go ahead and get the Kila magnetic detent.
But, honestly, I like the low-profile looks of the AGD detents best anyway.Comment

the only ones i think are 'out of the ordinary' are the bullet detents that Flatliner333 is talking about, i bought 2 for a body and didnt like how far they stuck out...kila detents got a colored 'k' sticker you could put in the center, my favorite have always been the stock agd one's...cant go wrong with the low profile...
