    Powder coating SS valve

Any issue with powder coating the SS valves? Will thickness of coating cause an issue?

It can affect the operation. Anything that alters the distance from sear to on-off pin or alters the position of the valve or body on the rail can adversely affect the operation of the gun.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

You need to put it in a rail and tape it off so you don't mess up the tolerances

Murphy's law of paintball: If it jams force it. If it breaks it needed replacing anyways

          powder coating

baking of the parts in powder coating is done at low temps. So masking off the area of concern would take care of the tolerance issues.
