Sympathy buying

A couple of years ago I sold off all my mags and was shooting only a CCM T2. I was one gun and pump only. This year I've bought a few mags because they weren't selling and needed help due to some garage modifications.

Here's my most recent sympathy buy. That's Bondo between the foregrip and rail.





It took an afternoon to remove the Bondo but it's looking better now.

I'll need a CCI feed for a cram and jam to finish this mag pistol conversion.




Here's my first sympathy buy and the one that started it all. Some people should not have a dremel.






It took a few months but here's how she came out. Love this mag!






Am I the only that does this?
Maybe I'm just crazy.

The sympathy fixing is what started my problem. I've bought 7 mags in the last 6 months.

I'm married as well and have two kids. I've been keeping the wife happy doing projects around the house. Last month, I put up a dozen shelf and hooks reorganizing the garage. This month, I put up a huge wall unit for the office. It's easier to bust my hump than sell off my mags.

I love the milling on the pistol mags valve. If I weren't out of work I'd have a few more sympathy mags too...just bought my 2nd in June just before I lost my job! I've had my original from the time I bought it back in the early 90s.

haha...i thought it was that Bad Ass Dallara! how is the Over/Under project shootin? oh yeah a warp fitting will work for a cram and jam since you have the warp adapter already...thats what im using until i can figure out a Spring feed set up?

I'll look into the warp fitting. I played with the over/under yesterday. I haven't bothered to finish the detent and shot a guy with three balls at 25 feet ... pure awesome!

I have only bought one gun as a sympathy buy, it helped that it was cheap & I wanted to try it. That being said. I hated the gun & sold it almost as fast as I got it.
