I perfer Lugz, I use my old ripped up ones. there comfortable, rugged, good ancle support, and have some good texture on the bottom to keep good traction. I learned never wear skating shoes(completely flat sole) on a muddy feild.

I've been using turf cleats. They worked pretty well indoors with carpet, outdoors in the desert, and in woods games with dirt. Also not that heavy.
