Oh wait nvrmnd at this point you wouldn't need to take those pc's apart. If the body and valve remain separate than you can still change or adjust the sear, and all of your builds are mechanical right?sigpicComment

Thanks guys, I appreciate the comments, but the best is still to come. It's really turning into my personal favorite because of the shape. Once the parts are welded, its going to be perfect. I'm making a big push to finish it now so let's hope it will all work out soon.
With the rail and grip welded together, there is no problem with exchanging the sear...it plops right out.
For those who wondered how it gets done, I do have some how to videos in my portfolio where I make a trigger. The process is pretty much the same.
Alright, back to the workshop...it's going to be a long night.

I can imagine all that metal being removed the way you do it... your fingers must be aching.
