Questions..Selling the old cocker, getting the old RT...

There is 4 old RT leftover for sale and my brother got his credit card on standby to pay for it. However, there are just a few questions I think you guys can help to put away before he finalize the purchase, which is within these two days.

1. He is considering selling his cocker to pay for this purchase. How much do you guys think he'll get with this:

'96 Autococker
Air America Viglante regulator
Palmer Rock Regulator
WGP Hinged grip trigger frame (double trigger BLADE)
Smart Parts grip
Smart parts '16 All American Stainless
Viewloader 2000

Everything else on this cocker is stock. How much, roughly, can he get for this OR is he better off keeping it?

2. What kind of air system can he get under the conditions that:
1. Under $250 (It's most likily going to be a preset)
2. 68/4500 or 88/4500
3. Good flow and good company that stands behind the product

I suggested Nitroduck. But what do you guys think?
