    Paintball Markmanship Competitions

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1811308254
I personally use a Armson Pro-Series barrel on my Automag and have four First Place Marksmanship trophies which I attribute to the Armson's accuracy.
what is he talking about? Are there even paintball accuarcy competitions? or did he just put on his marketing hat to sell his auction?

I could see a snap-shooting competition. That takes skill and relies on more than paint to barrel matching.

      Marksmanship Competitions

Many of the larger tournaments have marksmanship competitions that run as side-events during the course of the tournament. Often, there is an event sponsor who gives away an award or a prize. Typically you shoot your own marker and have to hit a series of targets - either best overall accuracy for a number of shots, or best accuracy in a given amount of time. Sometimes, when a new marker is introduced, the producer of the marker will sponsor the competition and you have to use their marker.
