It's essentially an E-Mag with a milled aluminum body made to accept cocker barrels. Lighter, and it looks nice. I believe it also has a modular breach and ACE capcbility, don't know much about it though.

The SFL Emag is an AGD Emag with an aluminum body and has cocker threads. To find out all about the Emag and all it's great features go here:

        About the Emag

The SFL has all the Emags features and reliability, but in a different body and cocker threads. Also ACE (Anti Chop Eye) system is being worked on for the SFL's and you can send your marker into AGD and get one installed for free if you get an SFL before the ACE release date. Win/win situation. The Emag is a great marker with extreme performance and reliability.

Alright, I am pretty sure I am going to get the SFL Emag. I am pretty sure I am going to get the Freak System and I already have an Armegeddon Air System. How does that sound?

Sounds like a setup that is going to rock.

I currently own an SFL E-Mag, and it was either that gun, or the Angel IR3. I believe I have made a very good choice. Out of more than 3 cases of paint, there has been only one chop. Well, it was a series of chops, while I was off the field, and using a neat "full auto" mode. It is where i set the board to the maximum 24bps, and i put it on the mode right behind E. When i pull the trigger, it puts it right into "the sweet spot", and it does full auto at 24 bps. Needless to say, My 12 volt and warp just couldnt keep up, so it chopped. I have had no problems so far with the SFL other than the bolt is a minor trouble to fit back in. An interesting story about how short the trigger pull is :

I was at the crono, holding my SFL, and a guy comes up with an adrenaline angel. "Cool", I thought. I asked him if i could shoot it a couple times over the crono. He said sure, and he warns me "be very carefull, the trigger is extreemly sensative". So i tap the trigger lightly, like i would shoot my SFL. Nothing happens. I then pull it a little further, and thinking, uhoh somethings wrong witht he gun. It then finally shoots, but it seems really long compared to my emag. Just something that i thought was interesting...

It's also about what you are more conforatable (sp?) with. In my opinion, you cant go wrong with the sfl.

At the minimum I would get an X-board revy. I have a warp, HALO, and a Turbo Rev I alternate around for mine.

If i were you, i'd try a warp before you buy one. I bought one, and its jsut not my style. If you got the cash, go halo, if not, x-board 12 volt revvy.

Yeah, I don't want to get a Warp. Well, not until I try it at least. I just heard stuff of the Halo misfeeding and thus chopping. I guess with the ACE it won't matter. But, is this true (the Halo misfeeding)?

I've never had a problem with my HALO misfeeding. The only problem it gave me was when I was trying to shoot brittle RPS Lightning in freezing temperatures. The HALO ground up a few balls in the hopper. Other than that it's worked great. It's just a pain to clean if you break paint inside the thing. A backup revy is not a bad thing.

I had heard that there are only a limited number (read 3) left of the SFL's ... are the waiting till the ace is fully developed or do they just produce x amount every so often ...
