          Why is skip carrying 3 markers ?

          No way does he have enough pods for all of them.....

                  You're assuming he is walking onto the field. They are leaving the field. Due to the Berzerkers rep and knowledge of Mag awesomeness, the opposing team dropped their markers and are actually out of the frame curled up in fetal positions. Skip was just helping clear the field. Spoils of war and all that...
