so i decided to get it, looks like the feedneck was cut, nice rt valve and some other nice parts...pulled it apart as soon as i got home and saw there was a ult installed...lubed it up and it sealed up nicely, only a problem with the ult because it leaks until i hold down the trigger... but since i havent seen many vert feed minimag bodies i had to pick it up...

My pics collection isn't on Photobucket, actually. For overall paintball pics I'm now at 43.135 files, 281 folders and 10.3 Gb.Originally posted by captian pinky View Postjust got a notification from photobucket im 85% full(1.8 GB) apparently and that doesn't include whats on my laptop.
I don't only physically collect paintball markers and equipment but virtually as well.
I know, call me crazy. LOL

Nice catch. This is a cut high-rise body. Because it's cut, I'd say it's worth ~$80 or so (the body alone). Still a nice find. I'd replace that feedneck for a clamping one, for sure but that's just me.Originally posted by keiko_819 View Postso i decided to get it, looks like the feedneck was cut, nice rt valve and some other nice parts...pulled it apart as soon as i got home and saw there was a ult installed...lubed it up and it sealed up nicely, only a problem with the ult because it leaks until i hold down the trigger... but since i havent seen many vert feed minimag bodies i had to pick it up...

Interesting. It does have the same clamping feedneck that came on some of the Emag ones. From my understanding, Diggers made the CF bodies. I wonder if they just got the feednecks from AGD or wonder if this was some sort of one off? Would be really easy to do.... hmmm.Originally posted by mpsd View PostFound it!

Not mine, unfortunately.
I have 12,251 pictures of Mags in my Paintball pics collection. Finding a specific one is getting harder! LOL

kopfjaeger was the AOer who modded the minimag above....
Post #5 from.... http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...minimag-bodiesActually there was a run of HI-RISE VERTFEED MINIMAG bodies. This is what I used and simply had the feednecks switched from the LO-RISE VERTFEED EMAG/RTPRO body and HI-RISE VERTFEED MINIMAG body.

I'm curious about post #25 where the guy states that he found the answer to how many CF Minimag bodies were made, but doesn't of course repeat the info... fail.
So the ones with the lo-rise weren't truly "production", but custom made?

But then I just found a second one:

And look at post #9 on that thread:
And then, look at this reference on post #20:Originally posted by AGD-OfficeGal View PostMANY years ago (long before I started working for AGD which was in 2001) a limited run of center feed Minimag mainbodies was done for a single dealer - possibly Trader J's? - and those bodies still show up for sale used here and there.

Interesting... I'd love to have Tuna jump here and enlighten it a bit for us.Originally posted by Pullman View PostI got one of those Digger bodies and had Tunaman convert mine to a no-rise, and then powdercoat it gloss black. The body cost me $60, and I think Tuna charged me $60 for the conversion and powdercoat including shipping. Totally worth it, I think.
