When I started paintbal there was alot of companys, but as I got more into it I realized that there are becoming fewer and fewer companys. About once a month or so I hear " So and So bought out So and So" What's up with this before we know it there won't be a Paintbal Inustrie there will be a Paintball Company.

I think you are greatly over-exagerating the situation here. It is common American capitalism that if one company has a good enough product they will inevitably end up being bought. For the most part this is true.
But as long as there is a free market out there will always be the ability for someone with and idea and enough VC to get their company started.Return to the free market. Get rid of all government regulations and let society make it's own decisions. Time and again the relaxing of government regulations has increased profits, innovation and the economy. -

Since I've got into paintball, Ive seen the exact opposite. There are far more companies out there....
If your talking about companies buying others, and suing others as well, quite a bit of PB companies have done it aside from BE.Former stickballmovies guy (They're on youtube now). Now a full-time slumlord in Central Ohio.Comment
