Nah, I missed that as well when I read this from phone. Kinda obvious reason now that you pointed it.Originally posted by blackdeath1k View PostYou weren't the only one commenting bout other stuff. I say, go ahead and bleed out the rest of your tank by depressing the tank pin. After that, add those ninja shims. Still with me? Good! Go get that tank filled, and let's see some shooting videos!

if you call ninja will they send extra shims?
I lost the ones that came with my AGD engraved reg. and tank.

You can try. Ask Ray. He's the sales manager and a really good guy. I think you've got 10 minutes to call him, since they're here in IL.Originally posted by knownothingmags View Postif you call ninja will they send extra shims?

lol... yea, I've been lugging around some heavy ass vintage matrix markers for over 12 yrs now and I wanted something that they where not. I am super happy with how it turned out and I'll be putting paint through it later today. Got the tank corrected and just need some air to confirm

ok.. good news everyone... gun shoots just fine. I shimmed the reg and it's all good now.. I threw a couple drops of oil through it before i gassed it up to make sure it's got plenty of lube and shot like a champ. very very very consistant over the chrono with my paint and barrel selection. I pumped a pod through it before i chrono'd and it put 277, 277, 277, 279. I was shooting GI all star paint through a .679 insert in my deadly winds barrel
I didn't have a lot of time to play around with anything else. using the gold spring and whatever copper insert agd built the level 19 with. The RT action wasn't the easiest to make happen but it's there. I suppose some fine tuning and just getting to know the gun will help with that.. over all I'm very happy.. cant wait to paly some games with it. I had a couple people handle it and they where overly suprised at how light it is

Happy to hear that you're enjoying your mag. The RT action is there... Adding more oil will help with the RT action. My X-valve required a break in period before it really started to sweet-spot. Once you bump up the output pressure on your tank, and learn your trigger, you'll be sweet-spotting in no time.
Check out my ULE custom mag in the 'Armory' section, and the video that I have posted will show you how your mag will be shooting when it's running optimal.
