Has anyone here dealed with Hazardous/2k4?

I purchased a ccm pump from him earlier this month on August 6th and I have yet to receive it nor can I seem to get a hold of him. Just wondering if anyone had done business with him and has any other ways to contact him. I was advised he would ship usps, I asked for a tracking number and never got one and that was the last contact I had with him. Should I just file a PayPal claim already? Any feedback would be great, thanks

I have, he was fine. You have 45 days to file a claim, I'm not sure why 20 days was mentioned. With that said, I would go ahead and file one to see if that gets his attention.
