    Brass Eagle sues Odessey

    Can you guys belive this.If Brass Eagle wins they could stop production of H.A.L.O.'s!Their ticked off at Odessey and are sueing them because they made a motorized hopper. But when ZAP released the Mach 404 Brass Eagle didn't sue. They just can't admit the fact that the H.A.L.O. is much better than the revvie.They are halting growth of paintball by sueing Odessey.Man this ticks me off how about you?

          I know it will to. But like Tom said, he wanted to try and copyright the HPA tanks being used for paintball. The matter of fact is you cannot copyright an idea, only a certain product. Unless i am very mistaken, doesnt the HALO use a different form of ball loading than a revvy anyway?
