Barrel Threading/ RE-Threading + Freak Boring

Whats up guys!

Just thought i would drop a line in the paintball talk section and discuss my barrel threading service i offer. got a cool twist lock barrel you really like but it wont work on your ULE body, because it does not have autococker threads on it? Ive had this problem several times with my mag setups. The solution is to send it to me and i will put it in my cnc lathe and turn Autococker threads on it. In some cases i can shorten barrels. It also may be possible to change the type of threads on the barrel....depending on if there is an extra 1.25 stock to be cut of the back to re-thread it.


I can also bore your barrel out to accept Freak inserts.

These services do have there limitions. I need a straight shank to chuck on in the lathe in order to machine them. I will require you to send me a pic to let you know if its something i can handle with my current setup.

1-2 week turn around time. the lathe is open!




Smarts barrel-shortened to 12" and AC threaded
Automag RT barrel- AC threaded
Crown Point- Shortened, AC threaded and freak bored

This service is not exactly cheap guys...its labor intensive. Each barrel is indicated for trueness after cutting soft jaws in the lathe. It takes an hour to do a barrel.
