Very cheap flights to Hagerstown MD from Tampa on Allegiant Air a month out, even cheaper two months out.

I am heading up Saturday with the Micromag and Minimag to check out the new field. Looking forward to it!!

Saturday we had 18 players , some came as far as 80 miles ( in WVa that can be 2 hours ) , 1 Mag guy , a few limited paint guy's , 1 young lady , in general a good day , the refs and I played a bit too , Sunday ; nothing . I expected this , it will take a while to get the word out , really good comments on the fields & terrain , now its time to drive and spread the word , WVU will be back in about a month , I hope to get a good draw from there

I was the "Mag guy" and had a good time at the field. This is old school woodsball...unimproved woods with large old growth and a THICK canopy. It was hot in the sun but in the woods, it was cool and dark. My only suggestion, Hank, for the field itself would be some cleanup of limbs and downed trees but I know that comes with time. There are some areas on "The Land of the Stone Giants" that would benefit greatly from some limb and tree cleanup. I really like the lay of the land on the "Giants" field.

The field is tricky to find the first time! Nothing a couple of more signs won't cure. You parking/staging/camping area is HUGE and screams for a big scenario game with tanks and a nice big fort down the road. You have plenty of area for a rowdy bunch of AO guys to build large bonfires, camp, and howl at the moon.

Keep up the good work! Looking forward to seeing the pics that were taken.
