AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.

QFT Zondo. I think too many people get drawn into an ano job and forget all about the total package. I'm going to pledge my vote to Flatliner333 as well.

I agree, Flatliner333's mag is amazing one off build and for that it is hard to surpass. But I also think that it's not really fair towards Luke to reduce all the effort he has spent on making his sleeper pneu setup to just a pretty ano job.

Opinions are just that, opinions. . . . and mine is that anyone can buy parts have them anodized and then assemble them, nothing wrong with that but what Flatliner333 did with that is much more intricate and difficult to not only assemble but to design in build as well. Much more of an accomplishment!

Its not up to the person that made the parts, but the person who puts them together. Luke only did the "lowers" of the frame and forgrip. What about the body and rail? Should it not be singled out? Would not the anno deserve as much credit for tieing everything together?
This is the crux, the crucible. Is it innovation of the parts, doing one-offs custom work or just assembling parts that are out there. So this is why we put up guns that might always win or we have a bunch of bride's maids.
I'm not really concerned weather I win or not. I just found the wording to be unfair when I consider what Luke has done (or any other fabricator that builds custom parts for us).
I totally get that it's easier to buy than make things. And it's true that for this build I didn't have to fabricate that much(only did the air lines, extension for LPR air feed and beveling for CCM fitting on the valve)
