AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
The bore size portions look rather short only 3-4", is that really a sufficient distance to get max efficiency on a ball, I thought someone had done some testing and 6-8" was determined to be the optimum length?
That which does not kill us, cripples us for life.
They're the same as riot squad barrels. They seemed pretty cheap. Also, I wasn't convinced they are carbon fiber, they looked like plastic with a carbon fiber wrap. I thought they were a really good deal when I bought them, but after I got them they definitely weren't worth the price.
I have a set and it does the job. The smallest sizer is .686 which is just a bit big for tournament paint usually. But for recball paint it does just fine. The bore length is actually quite short, 1 1/2" or so, similar to that of the Tech T I Fit system. The sizers are reverse threaded with the tip so as to not be confused or used improperly. That is handy when you unscrew the barrel and the sizer gets tighter on the tip instead of unscrewing from it. But when you consider the fact the barrel tip ID has to be larger than the largest bore sizer you may use, this barrel has a long tip with a large bore making slightly less accurate than others available. I like mine and still use it and for the price why not?
