      river was referring to the threaded collar and attachment style not necessary the clamping portion of the feedneck. I've finished the design, it's styled after the Empire (collar wise) although I did make changes to the design but you should still be able to interchange it with the Empire's cup. The clamping part of the feedneck (if it works out) can be removed from the collar leaving the collar in the body. There is some height adjustment for different bodies and the main design is more about minimal weight rather than something fancy.
