I'll leave it to the lawyers or those more interested to sift through all 260 pages of legalese, but it seems that GI is upset about the Virtue Spire's sensor (and probably some other infringements as well).

I hope this is legitimate and not just another market bullying move.

Hmmm, so kee is saying virtue is using their sensor technology?

Seems odd, kee companies have never produced a hopper with accelerometers. But then again I suppose you don't need to produce one to own the patent on it
